The St. Croix Central Panthers baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Somerset Spartans to 7 in the Panthers league victory on Tuesday.

The Panthers (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Osceola (Osceola, WI). The Chieftains go into the Middle Border match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Osceola was overwhelmed by Altoona (Altoona, WI), 8-5, in a league match.

The Spartans (4-9) will now prepare for their match against Amery (Amery, WI). The Warriors go into the Middle Border match with a 1-10 record. In their last match, Amery was overwhelmed by Baldwin-Woodville (Baldwin, WI), 13-5, in a league match.
