The Evergreen Valley Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Pioneer Mustangs to 0 in the Cougars league victory on Tuesday.
The Cougars now possess a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piedmont Hills for a game on Thursday, May 5. Evergreen Valley will meet a Pirates team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Independence (San Jose, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 15-1.
The Mustangs (0-12) will now prepare for their game against Willow Glen (San Jose, CA). The Rams enter the game with a 2-10 record. In their last game, Willow Glen was dropped by Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
