In Tuesday's league battle, the host Battle Mountain Huskies soccer squad scored a close 3-0 triumph over the Eagle Valley Devils.

The Huskies now sport a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Steamboat Springs for a 4A Western Slope test on Thursday, May 5. Battle Mountain will meet a Sailors squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Palisade (Palisade, CO). The Sailors record now stands at 10-2.

With the loss, Eagle Valley drops to 7-4 on the season. The Devils host Grand Junction Central (Grand Junction, CO) to meet the Warriors in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 4. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 8-6. Grand Junction Central lost 5-1 in their recent league test against Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO)
