The Cougars (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against West Carteret (Morehead City, NC). The Patriots come into the Coastal 3A battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, West Carteret nudged White Oak (Jacksonville, NC), 8-0, in a league battle.

The Wildcats (8-8) will now prepare for their battle against Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC). The Bulldogs go into the Coastal 3A outing with a 7-6 record. In their last outing, Dixon Swansboro (Swansboro, NC), 0-0, in a league outing.
