In Tuesday's league battle, the host Maumelle Hornets soccer squad scored a good 8-0 win over the Parkview Patriots.
The Hornets (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Little Rock Christian Academy (Little Rock, AR). The Warriors go into the 5A Central battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Little Rock Christian Academy notched a victory over Benton (Benton, AR), 5-0, in a league battle.
The Patriots (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Beebe (Beebe, AR). The Badgers go into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record.
