In Tuesday's league test, the host Sandwich Blue Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-3 victory over the Nantucket Whalers.
The Blue Knights now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Falmouth for a non-league test on Thursday, May 5. Sandwich will face a Clippers squad coming off a 10-2 non-league win over Dartmouth (South Dartmouth, MA). The Clippers record now stands at 3-0.
In their next game, the Whalers face the Nauset Regional Warriors (North Eastham, MA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 5. Nantucket will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record.
