Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Central of Clay County Volunteers (Lineville, AL) and the visiting Talladega Tigers (Talladega, AL), witnessed Central of Clay County's softball squad prevail over Talladega by a count of 15-0.
The Volunteers now sport a 10-10 record. They play next when they travel to Sylacauga for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 3. Central of Clay County will meet a Aggies squad coming off a 12-3 non-league win over Dadeville (Dadeville, AL). The Aggies record now stands at 16-15.
With the loss, Talladega moves to 2-15 on the season.
