Hartselle Tigers (Hartselle, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Decatur Red Raiders (Decatur, AL), 17-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 47-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Muscle Shoals for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 5. Hartselle will face a Trojans squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Cullman (Cullman, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 24-7.

With the loss, Decatur falls to 11-19 on the campaign. The Red raiders travel to Cullman (Cullman, AL) to face the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 3. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a record of 12-15. Cullman won 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Holly Pond (Holly Pond, AL)
