With the triumph, Jeffersontown improves its record to 10-16 on the year. The Chargers host Pleasure Ridge Park (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 10. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 6-17.

In their next game, the Rockets clash with the Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 6. Shelby County will attempt to improve on its 10-29 season record. The Raiders come into the game with a 27-12 record after their 11-0 league win over Eminence (Eminence, KY).
