The West Potomac Wolverines softball team (Alexandria, VA), was routed 4-0 in Tuesday's league test with the host West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA)

Coming up next, the Spartans encounter the South County Stallions (Lorton, VA) in a Patriot test, on Wednesday, May 4. West Springfield will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Stallions come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 7-6 league loss to Robinson (Fairfax, VA).

The Wolverines (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Titans come into the Patriot test with a 4-15 record. In their last test, Alexandria City edged Forest Park (Woodbridge, VA), 5-4, in a non-league test.
