Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Ryle Raiders (Union, KY), 8-7 in a non-league test.

With the win, Campbell County upgrades its record to 19-8 on the season. The Camels travel to Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY) to battle the Mustangs in a District 37 test on Thursday, May 4. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 10-15. Bishop Brossart lost 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Conner (Hebron, KY)

With the defeat, Ryle falls to 20-7 on the season. The Raiders travel to Bryan Station (Lexington, KY) to battle the Defenders in a non-league test on Friday, May 5. The Defenders come into the test with a record of 0-15. Bryan Station lost 19-3 in their recent league test against Scott County (Georgetown, KY)
