The Edmond Santa Fe Wolves baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Putnam City Pirates to 0 in the Wolves non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Wolves (16-18) will now prepare for their match against Deer Creek (Edmond, OK). The Antlers go into the non-league match with a 22-14 record. In their last match, Deer Creek notched a victory over Marlow (Marlow, OK), 6-5, in a non-league test.
With the defeat, Putnam City falls to 11-18 on the season. The Pirates travel to Edmond Santa Fe (Edmond, OK) to battle the Wolves in a non-league test on Friday, May 5.
