Ron Brown Monarchs (Washington, DC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host McKinley Tech Trainers (Washington, DC), 5-4 in a league test.

With the win, Ron Brown upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Monarchs host Cardozo (Washington, DC) to battle the Clerks in a DCIAA test on Friday, May 5. The Clerks come into the test with a record of 6-8. Cardozo won 6-4 in their recent league test against Bell (Washington, DC)

With the defeat, McKinley Tech falls to 5-7 on the season.
