Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Palmerton gets by Salisbury Township

Spectators at Wednesday's league battle between the Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA) and the host Salisbury Township Falcons (Allentown, PA), saw Palmerton's baseball squad knock off Salisbury Township by a count of 6-4.

Coming up next, the Blue Bombers play the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (New Tripoli, PA) in a Colonial battle, on Thursday, May 4. Palmerton will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 10-7 record after their 1-0 league loss to Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA).

The Falcons now possess a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they host Pen Argyl for a Colonial battle on Thursday, May 4. Salisbury Township will play a Green Knights squad coming off a 9-8 league loss to Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA). The Green Knights record now stands at 6-10.
