The Yelm Tornados crushed the host River Ridge Hawks baseball team by a count of 11-5 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Tornados now possess a 5-8 record.
Next, the Hawks face the WF West Bearcats (Chehalis, WA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 4. River Ridge will attempt to move on its 3-11 season record. The Bearcats enter the bout with a 10-3 record after their 5-0 league win over Centralia (Centralia, WA).
