The Payson Lions lacrosse squad (Payson, UT), was nipped 5-4 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT)

Coming up next, the Wasps meet the Springville Red Devils (Springville, UT) in a 5A Region 9 challenge, on Friday, May 5. Wasatch will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 11-8 league win over Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT).
