The Point Loma Pointers softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host University City Centurions to 13 in the Pointers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Point Loma moves its record to 15-3 on the year. The Pointers host San Diego (San Diego, CA) to play the Cavers in a game on Friday, May 5. The Cavers come into the game with a record of 3-2. San Diego won 14-8 in their recent league game against Morse (San Diego, CA)

In their next game, the Centurions play the Cathedral Catholic Dons (San Diego, CA) in a game, on Thursday, May 4. University City will attempt to move on its 8-11 season record. The Dons come into the game with a 4-6 record after their 14-4 league loss to Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA).
