California High School Softball - Bradshaw Christian holds off El Dorado

Bradshaw Christian The Pride (Sacramento, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting El Dorado Cougars (Placerville, CA), 8-6 in a league challenge.

The The Pride now sport a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rosemont for a Sierra Valley Conference challenge on Friday, May 5. Bradshaw Christian will face a Wolverine squad coming off a 5-4 league loss to Liberty Ranch (Galt, CA). The Wolverine record now stands at 12-4.

With the loss, El Dorado falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Union Mine (El Dorado, CA) to face the Diamondbacks in a Sierra Valley Conference challenge on Friday, May 5. The Diamondbacks enter the challenge with a record of 9-7. Union Mine won 15-2 in their recent league challenge against Galt (Galt, CA)
