The crowd at Wednesday's league match between the Lakeview Wildcats (Lakeview, MI) and the visiting White Cloud Indians (White Cloud, MI), saw Lakeview's softball squad achieve victory over White Cloud by a count of 12-2.

The Wildcats now sport a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vestaburg for a non-league match on Friday, May 5. Lakeview will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-2.
