In Wednesday's league contest, the Stafford Indians (Falmouth, VA) softball team overwhelmed the host Massaponax Panthers (Spotsylvania, VA), by a margin of 18-7.
With the triumph, Stafford moves its record to 10-6 on the year.
In their next game, the Panthers play the Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA) in a Commonwealth contest, on Thursday, May 4. Massaponax will attempt to move on its 3-13 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 10-7 record after their 6-1 league win over Brooke Point (Stafford, VA).
