The Mother McAuley Mighty Macs softball team (Chicago, IL), was tipped 1-0 in Wednesday's league test with the host St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL)

Coming up next, the Vikings encounter the Montini Catholic Broncos (Lombard, IL) in a GCAC- Red test, on Thursday, May 4. St. Laurence will attempt to improve on its 17-3 season record. The Broncos enter the test with a 10-9 record after their 7-6 league loss to Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL).

The Mighty Macs (11-10) will now prepare for their test against Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Celtics enter the GCAC- Red test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, Providence Catholic tipped Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL), 13-6, in a league test.
