In Friday's league game, the visiting Avon Grove Red Devils baseball team scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Henderson Warriors.
The Red Devils (9-6) will now prepare for their game against Downingtown West (Downingtown, PA). The Whippets go into the Ches-Mont game with a 13-3 record. In their last game, Downingtown West tipped Methacton (Norristown, PA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
The Warriors (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Downingtown East (Exton, PA). The Cougars go into the Ches-Mont game with a 10-5 record. In their last game, Downingtown East was overwhelmed by East (West Chester, PA), 5-4, in a league game.
