The East Syracuse-Minoa Spartans baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Central Square Redhawks to 0 in the Spartans non-league victory on Friday.

The Spartans (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Liverpool (Liverpool, NY). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 9-4 record. In their last match, Liverpool was overwhelmed by West Genesee (Camillus, NY), 9-2, in a league match.

The Redhawks (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Cicero-North Syracuse (Cicero, NY). The Northstars go into the non-league match with a 8-5 record. In their last match, Cicero-North Syracuse gained a win over Rome Free Academy (Rome, NY), 4-3, in a non-league match.
