Mater Dei Academy Saints (Syracuse, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Tully Black Knights (Tully, NY), 4-3 in a league test.

With the win, Mater Dei Academy upgrades its record to 3-8 on the season. The Saints host Onondaga (Nedrow, NY) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Monday, May 6. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-10.

With the defeat, Tully falls to 5-3 on the season. The Black knights travel to Weedsport (Weedsport, NY) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, May 4. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-3. Weedsport lost 7-6 in their recent non-league test against Lafayette (LaFayette, NY)
