In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Montclair Mounties baseball team scored a nice 14-1 victory over the Montclair Kimberley Academy Cougars.
The Mounties (12-6) will now prepare for their game against Millburn (Millburn, NJ). The Millers go into the SEC - American game with a 8-9 record. In their last game, Millburn ran past West Orange (West Orange, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league game.
The Cougars (5-9) will now prepare for their game against North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ). The Canucks go into the non-league game with a 1-14 record. In their last game, North Plainfield ran past Carteret (Carteret, NJ), 8-0, in a non-league game.
