The Panthers now possess a 6-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Highland for a Class 3 District 7 bout on Saturday, May 4. Palmyra will face a Cougars team coming off a 9-3 non-league loss to Brookfield (Brookfield, MO). The Cougars record now stands at 3-12.

Next, the Cardinals face the La Plata Bulldogs (La Plata, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 3. South Shelby will attempt to move on its 3-15 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 6-8 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Bevier (Bevier, MO).
