    The Glens Falls Black Bears lacrosse squad (Glens Falls, NY), was overwhelmed 15-9 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Queensbury Spartans (Queensbury, NY)

    Coming up next, the Spartans meet the Schuylerville Horses (Schuylerville, NY) in a Section 2 Foothills challenge, on Tuesday, May 7. Queensbury will attempt to improve on its 13-0 season record. The Horses enter the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 17-4 league win over Johnstown (Johnstown, NY).

    The Black Bears now sport a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hudson Falls for a Section 2 Foothills challenge on Thursday, May 9.
