The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Methuen Rangers (Methuen, MA) and the visiting Haverhill Hillies (Haverhill, MA), saw Methuen's lacrosse team achieve victory over Haverhill by a margin of 16-11.

The Rangers (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lowell (Lowell, MA). The Red Raiders enter the Merrimack Valley 2 challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Lowell was overwhelmed by Tewksbury Memorial (Tewksbury, MA), 17-1, in a league challenge.
