Central Falls Warriors (Central Falls, RI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Classical Purple (Providence, RI), 16-5 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Classical for a Division 4 challenge on Tuesday, May 7.

With the loss, Classical falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Purple travel to Hope (Providence, RI) to battle the Blue Wave in a Division 4 challenge on Monday, May 6. The Blue Wave enter the challenge with a record of 3-6. Hope lost 15-2 in their recent league challenge against Times Squared Academy (Providence, RI)
