The Glenbard West Hilltoppers softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Proviso West Panthers to 0 in the Hilltoppers league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Glenbard West moves its record to 12-10 on the year. The Hilltoppers host Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL) to clash with the Red Devils in a West Suburban - Silver game on Monday, May 6. The Red Devils come into the game with a record of 3-14. Hinsdale Central won 6-5 in their recent non-league game against De La Salle (Chicago, IL)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Proviso East Pirates (Maywood, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 4. Proviso West will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record.
