The St. Mary's Pirates (Colorado Springs, CO) baseball trounced the host Florence Huskies (Florence, CO), 14-2 in Saturday's league challenge.

The Pirates now own a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Florence for a 3A/2A Tri-Peaks challenge on Saturday, May 3. St. Mary's will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 16-1 league loss to Woodland Park (Woodland Park, CO). The Huskies record now stands at 7-10.

With the defeat, Florence drops to 7-11 on the year. The Huskies host St. Mary's (Colorado Springs, CO) to clash with the Pirates in a 3A/2A Tri-Peaks challenge on Saturday, May 3. The Pirates go into the challenge with a record of 10-8. St. Mary's lost 10-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Peyton (Peyton, CO)
