The West Ottawa Panthers baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Holland Christian Maroons to 0 in the Panthers non-league win on Saturday.
The Panthers now own a 11-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grand Haven for a Ottawa-Kent - Red test on Tuesday, May 6.
With the defeat, Holland Christian drops to 4-12 on the year. The Maroons travel to Hamilton (Hamilton, MI) to clash with the Hawkeyes in a Ottawa-Kent - Blue test on Tuesday, May 6. The Hawkeyes go into the test with a record of 12-3. Hamilton won 9-1 in their recent non-league test against Holland (Holland, MI)
