The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Wayne Valley Indians (Wayne, NJ) and the visiting Lakeland Regional Lancers (Wanaque, NJ), saw Wayne Valley's baseball team gain a win over Lakeland Regional by a tally of 6-0.

The Indians (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Eastside (Paterson, NJ). The Ghosts enter the non-league battle with a 9-7 record.

Next, the Lancers face the Hawthorne Christian Defenders (Hawthorne, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 5. Lakeland Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Defenders enter the battle with a 6-9 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to West Milford (West Milford, NJ).
