Illinois High School Baseball - Moline loses to Normal Community

Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Moline Maroons (Moline, IL), 12-5 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Normal Community advances its record to 21-4 on the season. The Ironmen host Urbana (Urbana, IL) to battle the Tigers in a Big Twelve match on Monday, May 5. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 5-14.
The Maroons now have a 15-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Galesburg for a Western Big Six match on Monday, May 5. Moline will battle a Silver Streaks squad coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Dunlap (Dunlap, IL). The Silver Streaks record now stands at 11-14.
