In Saturday's league bout, the Phillips Academy Big Blue (Andover, MA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Phillips Exeter Academy Lions (Exeter, NH), by a tally of 8-2.
Next up, the Big Blue encounter the Brooks (North Andover, MA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 5. Phillips Academy will attempt to better on its 5-9 season record.
With the defeat, Phillips Exeter Academy drops to 4-13 on the year. The Lions host Winchendon (Winchendon, MA) to clash with the Wapiti in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 7. The Wapiti go into the test with a record of 10-7. Winchendon lost 6-3 in their recent non-league test against Putnam Science Academy (Putnam, CT)
