In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Sandusky Wolves baseball team scored a close 5-3 victory over the Yale Bulldogs.
The Wolves (12-6) will now prepare for their game against Ubly (Ubly, MI). The Bearcats enter the Greater Thumb - East game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Ubly by Caro (Caro, MI), 5-4, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Armada Tigers (Armada, MI) in a Blue Water Area game, on Tuesday, May 6. Yale will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 7-7 record after their 6-3 league loss to Algonac (Algonac, MI).
