Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Wheeler overwhelms Bacon Academy

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Wheeler Lions lacrosse squad scored a good 19-9 triumph over the Bacon Academy Bobcats.
The Lions (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT). The Centaurs go into the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Woodstock Academy was overwhelmed by Ledyard (Ledyard, CT), 13-6, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Bobcats meet the Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 6. Bacon Academy will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Colonels go into the contest with a 7-5 record after their 13-6 non-league win over Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT).
