The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) and the host Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM), saw Manzano's baseball team gain a win over Capital by a tally of 11-2.
The Monarchs (5-11) will now prepare for their battle against Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Jaguars enter the non-league battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Capital was overwhelmed by St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM), 7-4, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Jaguars face the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 3. Capital will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Monarchs enter the battle with a 3-11 record after their 20-7 non-league loss to Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM).
