The Newton Braves lacrosse team (Newton, NJ), was overwhelmed 15-3 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Kinnelon Colts (Kinnelon, NJ)
With the victory, Kinnelon advances its record to 8-4 on the season. The Colts host West Morris Mendham (Mendham, NJ) to encounter the Minutemen in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Minutemen come into the battle with a record of 8-4.
The Braves now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dayton for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 7.
