The Alba-Golden Panthers softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Frankston Indians to 11 in the Panthers non-league win on Saturday.

The Panthers now sport a 20-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shelbyville for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 10. Alba-Golden will confront a Dragons team coming off a 19-3 non-league win over Leon (Jewett, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 21-10.

With the loss, Frankston moves to 19-8 on the season.
