New Mexico High School Softball - Taos bounces Espanola Valley

The Taos Tigers softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Espanola Valley Sundevils to 3 in the Tigers league win on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Espanola Valley for a 4A District 2 battle on Saturday, May 3. Taos will confront a Sundevils team coming off a 9-5 league loss to Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 5-19.

With the loss, Espanola Valley moves to 5-20 on the season. The Sundevils travel to Taos (Taos, NM) to confront the Tigers in a 4A District 2 battle on Saturday, May 3. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 4-14. Taos lost 14-7 in their recent league battle against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM)
