In Saturday's league match, the visiting Medical Lake Cardinals softball team scored a tight 10-4 win over the Lakeside Eagles.
The Cardinals (7-12) will now prepare for their match against Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls, WA). The Eagles come into the 1A Northeast match with a 8-9 record. In their last match, Lakeside was routed by Colville (Colville, WA), 19-5, in a league match.
