In Monday's non-league challenge, the Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN) baseball squad triumphed over the host Eastern Greene Thunderbirds (Bloomfield, IN), by a final score of 11-1.
With the win, Mitchell upgrades its record to 17-10 on the season. The Bluejackets travel to Linton-Stockton (Linton, IN) to play the Miners in a non-league battle on Monday, May 30. The Miners enter the battle with a record of 11-9. Linton-Stockton won 11-0 in their recent non-league battle against South Knox (Vincennes, IN)
