In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Western Panthers baseball team scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Northwestern Tigers.
The Panthers (25-2) will now prepare for their game against Glenn (Walkerton, IN). The Falcons go into the non-league game with a 29-2 record. In their last game, Glenn tipped Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN), 9-1, in a non-league game.
