In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Grayson County Blue Devils (Independence, VA) softball team the host Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA), by a margin of 4-0.

With the triumph, Grayson County moves its record to 13-13 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Auburn (Riner, VA) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 31. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 22-1. Auburn won 8-0 in their recent non-league match against George Wythe (Wytheville, VA)

With the loss, Fort Chiswell moves to 17-6 on the season.
