The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Central Decatur Cardinals (Leon, IA) and the visiting Wayne Falcons (Corydon, IA), saw Central Decatur's baseball team get by Wayne by a tally of 11-10.

The Cardinals (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Moulton-Udell (Moulton, IA). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Moulton-Udell was tipped by Seymour (Seymour, IA), 11-7, in a league battle.

Next, the Falcons face the Interstate 35 Roadrunners (Truro, IA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 31. Wayne will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Roadrunners enter the battle with a 7-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Ogden (Ogden, IA).
