The MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Spencer Tigers to 3 in the Dutchmen non-league win on Friday.

The Dutchmen now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sioux Center for a Siouxland test on Monday, June 2. MOC-Floyd Valley will play a Warriors team coming off a 11-2 league win over Sheldon (Sheldon, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-0.

With the defeat, Spencer drops to 2-4 on the year. The Tigers host Estherville Lincoln Central (Estherville, IA) to play the Midgets in a Lakes test on Monday, June 2. The Midgets go into the test with a record of 5-4. Estherville Lincoln Central won 17-2 in their recent non-league test against West Bend-Mallard (West Bend, IA)
