In Friday's league game, the host Seymour Warriors baseball team scored a close 11-7 win over the Moulton-Udell Eagles.

The Warriors (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Moravia (Moravia, IA). The Mohawks go into the Bluegrass - East game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Moravia nudged Davis County (Bloomfield, IA), 6-1, in a non-league game.

Next, the Eagles play the Central Decatur Cardinals (Leon, IA) in a non-league game, on Monday, June 2. Moulton-Udell will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Cardinals go into the game with a 1-5 record after their 11-10 league win over Wayne (Corydon, IA).
