The Saydel Eagles (Des Moines, IA) baseball trounced the host Perry Bluejays (Perry, IA), 12-4 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prairie City-Monroe for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 3.
With the defeat, Perry drops to 0-6 on the year. The Bluejays travel to Winterset (Winterset, IA) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Monday, June 2. The Huskies go into the challenge with a record of 4-3.
