Iowa High School Baseball - Iowa Falls-Alden loses to St. Edmond

The St. Edmond Gaels crushed the visiting Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets baseball team by a count of 13-4 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Gaels now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Algona for a non-league bout on Monday, June 3. St. Edmond will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Boone (Boone, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-4.

Next, the Cadets face the Interstate 35 Roadrunners (Truro, IA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, June 1. Iowa Falls-Alden will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Roadrunners enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 3-2 league win over Woodward-Granger (Woodward, IA).
